Information on equipment
I am a hobby craftsman and have renovated the apartment. New laminate flooring was laid in the living room, bedroom and hallway.
In the bathroom, a new bathtub, a new towel dryer/radiator, a new insert for the toilet cistern and a new bathroom fan were installed by a specialist company. The washbasin, shower cladding, taps, toilet and tiles were also redone. I only install high-quality components. The paint is of course also new and the fitted kitchen is included in the sale price.
Location
The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Töging, within walking distance of the train station and the surrounding stores and shopping facilities for everyday needs. The A 94 and the B 299 are just a few minutes away by car, giving you excellent transport links to Munich - Passau and Landshut - Traunstein. Altötting and Neuötting are also within easy reach. In a few minutes you are in the town center and have all shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, specialist stores etc. on site. The nearby district town of Mühldorf offers further shopping opportunities as well as medical and educational facilities.
Töging is one of the up-and-coming towns in the region and is growing steadily.

Miscellaneous
When I bought this apartment a few years ago, I liked it straight away. Now, in its newly renovated state, it is even more appealing.
I would also like to point out that we still have the cheapest real estate prices in the Munich area, despite the highway connection. Many people are also not yet aware of the planned double-track rail expansion towards Munich. In my opinion, a good performance is therefore very likely.
I will sell because my circumstances have changed.
