We are only selling the plot privately and would like to inform you about the planned semi-detached house costs. There are no estate agent fees for you. The other costs such as notary etc. are only added to the price of the plot!
The architect's house will be built in solid construction by the company U-Haus Massivhaus GmbH. The house can still be planned individually by you, which means you discuss all the details with the developer U-Haus. You will conclude your own building contract with U-Haus Massivhaus GmbH.
The pictures show the left half of the semi-detached house seen from the terrace and the right half seen from the entrance.
The house is planned with a size of approx. 8 x 12 meters and a living space of approx. 182 sqm, with basement, ground floor, first floor and attic. You can customize everything inside according to your wishes, including walls and windows.
The special feature is the large garden with a size of approx. 12 x 8 meters, approx. 100 to 110 sqm garden. The garage is planned with approx. 4 x 7 meters, but can also be built smaller.
Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025.
There is currently an existing building with a cellar, which will be demolished. This means that no major earthworks are required. The ancillary construction costs including demolition costs and your sewer connection costs will be shared.

Location
