Detached house in Hungary near Lake Balaton

The house is very well maintained. The previous owner had it built to German standards in 1992. On the first floor there is a spacious hallway, a guest toilet, a bathroom with tub and shower, a utility room with the gas boiler and space for washing machine and dryer, a bedroom, a room used as an office, a living room with a beautiful tiled stove, a kitchen and a pantry. The living space is approx. 70 square meters. A staircase leading upstairs leads to a storage room, two further rooms and another bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. These rooms are currently used by me as storage space and should be renovated with little effort. The garage is designed with an intermediate floor and offers plenty of storage space.

There is a large market every 2nd Saturday of the month and Lake Balaton is about 6 km away in Siofok, the secret capital of Lake Balaton. Here you will find a hospital and all doctors / dentists, several banks, many stores and restaurants and the large discounters Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Spar, DM, Family, Deichmann.....

In Siofok there is a connection to the highway. Siofok also has a train connection to Budapest.
Hungary scores with over 2000 hours of sunshine a year and the Adriatic is not far away if you want to extend the summer for a short trip.
Croatia, e.g. Zagreb, is 250 km away and can be reached in 2.5 hours, while the Adriatic coast in Croatia, e.g. Rijeka, is 400 km away and can be reached in 4 hours.
