The rooms are all equipped with friendly, bright laminate flooring. The shared room is rented furnished by us. There is currently a full bathroom, a shower room and a guest WC. The shared kitchen can also be used at any time for extensive cooking sessions. We also provide you with a washing machine and dryer free of charge. Electricity and internet costs of €35 are added to the running costs.
SHARING LIFE:
Living together in our shared flat is very relaxed. Everyone can be on their own, but joint activities are also welcome but not compulsory. Cleaning the shared flat is easy, everyone is responsible for their own room. If there are any stains or dirt (in the kitchen or bathroom), the person responsible removes them themselves. Cleaning staff come at irregular intervals to clean the communal areas (kitchen, hallway, bathroom). The house has WLAN, which can of course also be used.
