Welcome to your new home in a quiet corner of Wedding, just minutes from the U-Bahn and the green spaces of Schillerpark and Volkspark Rehberge. This stylish 3-room apartment is located in a charming, typical Berlin old building and was freshly renovated in 2022.
As I am leaving Germany, I am now unfortunately selling my apartment. I am therefore willing to sell the apartment fully furnished, perfect for a stress-free move or to rent out.
The apartment has the typical high ceilings (over 3.20 m), wooden floors and original double-glazed wooden windows, which effectively shield the noise from outside. The kitchen was fitted in 2022 and is equipped with plenty of storage space. There is also a small storage room next to the kitchen that can be used as a utility room.
The apartment has been decorated to give the apartment character. The moldings on the walls have been made from solid wood, giving the apartment a vintage charm. As you can see from the photos, the apartment is very well maintained and the furniture is all of high quality.
The heavy crystal chandelier in the living room, for example, is imported from Switzerland, and the bed is made of dark, solid acacia wood that was manufactured here in Germany.
The building has an active community with many owners living in the building. The basement rooms were recently cleared this year and the common areas and stairwells were renovated in 2023.
