New radiators have been installed in all rooms.
All interior doors and the apartment entrance door are new.
Some of the walls have been replastered and all walls and ceilings have been freshly painted.

S-Bahn connection in Bubenreuth (approx. 10 minutes by bike).
The village has butchers and bakeries as well as its own pharmacy, a supermarket, post office, restaurants, general practitioners and dentists, an indoor tennis court and a sports club.
