The available studio offers around 130 m² of interior space and a spacious roof terrace of around 100 m², both with spectacular panoramic views over the Spree. A special highlight is the approx. 30 m² greenhouse on the roof terrace, a transparent retreat for creative breaks. In the main area, a fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere.
With a total of approx. 180 m² of usable space, including proportionate outdoor areas, the studio is located in a uniquely designed solid wood building, which was built to the energy-efficient passive house standard.

The spacious site with 200 meters of Spree riverbank offers a park-like oasis for the creative community. Once the Lichtenberg river bathing establishment, the site now invites visitors to relax and engage in creative exchange with its near-natural riverside meadow, jetties and a fire pit. Water sports facilities and a marina for historic boats add to the leisure activities on offer and ensure a varied environment. Shopping facilities and restaurants such as the Hafenküche, Pizzeria Zola and the Milchbar in the Rundfunkhaus Nalepastraße are located in the immediate vicinity.
