During the renovation, the owners attached great importance to high-quality furnishings. Only high-quality brand fittings from Grohe, Hansgrohe and Hansa were installed in the two bathrooms and the guest WC. All toilets are rimless and from the Keramag brand. Kaldewei products were used for all bathtubs and shower trays. The new bathroom on the top floor is particularly noteworthy. A large double washbasin made of river stone was installed here as a highlight. This "floats" on an oak panel custom-made by a carpenter. In addition, a Grohe ceiling panel was installed in the two-metre-wide shower, which offers a total of five different spray types, including a rain shower or two waterfalls.
A new bedroom with air conditioning was created on the large top floor in 2024. An energy-saving air-to-air heat pump from Mitsubishi Electric was installed, which also airconditions the 1st floor. A carpenter integrated high-quality built-in wardrobes into the sloping ceilings on the top floor. All doors and drawers have a push-to-open function. Great importance was attached to having as many drawers as possible. The attic was additionally insulated in 2022. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand appliances from NEFF and AEG. All windows on the ground floor and 1st floor are floor-to-ceiling and have triple glazing. On the ground floor, the windows were also designed as security windows.
In the basement, a party cellar with a lounge look was created, which is suitable for cozy evenings or wild parties. This also has an external staircase leading to the terrace.
The garden is an ideal size for relaxing. There is a small garden shed and a lovely terrace for barbecues. The front garden has been redesigned. Durable garbage can houses from Paul Wolf were installed to create order.
There is also the option to purchase an oversized garage (5.6 meters x 3.5 meters) with electricity and an electric garage door.
