Well-designed 2-room apartment, large living room, large bedroom, a kitchen where you can also eat, bath tub WC, hallway, storage cupboard, balcony facing southwest.

Since the coal stove is not repairable, we provide oil radiators/infrared heaters for the transition. Other heating sources must be provided by the tenant.

Two further apartments will be offered on 01.01.2025.
The apartments are similar in construction and are located in the adjoining properties. All apartments on offer are on the 2nd floor.
They have a tiled stove which must be heated with solid fuel (from the hallway).

Heating costs are therefore not included in any of the rents.

Very important!!! - The apartment can only be rented for a limited period until 31.12.2025, as an energetic renovation of the entire residential complex, possibly in connection with an extension, will then take place.

Cologne-Bonn Airport is within 15 minutes walking distance, where the S-Bahn line also departs, from here you can reach the cathedral or Hansaring in 15 minutes.
There is also a bus line 3 minutes away, which connects with line 7 and also with Porz Markt, where all stores for daily needs are available.
