We are renting out our condominium as we will be in Munich at least until the end of 2026 for professional reasons. It is available immediately and can initially be rented until 31.12.2026, but for a minimum period of 6 months. An extension of the rental agreement beyond December 2026 depends on whether we need the apartment ourselves from January 2027 or remain in Munich. The rental agreement states that we must give three months' notice of our own use.

The advance payment for ancillary costs includes the normal, apportionable ancillary costs such as cold/hot water, waste disposal and property tax.
