Location
With over 14,000 inhabitants, Bad Camberg is the second largest town in the south of the Limburg-Weilburg district in central Hesse. It is located in the Hintertaunus region, around 30 kilometers north of the state capital Wiesbaden and 20 kilometers south of the district town of Limburg an der Lahn. Bad Camberg is the central town of the Goldener Grund with a very good infrastructure and a sub-center with a partial function of a medium-sized center on the edge of the Rhine-Main area. The recognized Kneipp spa is the oldest of its kind in Hesse and the third oldest in Germany. The town's landmark is the Kreuzkapelle chapel.
