Location
The apartment is located in Berlin Gatow, a very quiet district of Berlin Spandau. The Havel is right next to the residential complex and there are several jetties in the immediate vicinity.
The surrounding area consists mainly of detached houses or smaller residential complexes as well as extensive fields and water areas that are ideal for walking, jogging, cycling, boating, swimming or a variety of other recreational activities. You can also go horse riding, play tennis or golf at the Gatow golf course in the immediate vicinity. It's a bit like being on vacation, but within your own four walls.
There are very good transport links by car via the (B5) Heerstraße, so that the city of Berlin and the surrounding area with the B5 Center, Karls Erdbeerhof, other horse farms, riding schools etc. can be reached quickly and easily.
You can easily do your daily shopping about 120 meters away on the opposite side of the street at a discount store or the local bakery.
Restaurants, doctors and other facilities for daily needs are also nearby and can be easily reached on foot, by bus or by bicycle.
Bus routes 134, 334 and X34 are in the immediate vicinity, which will take you to Bahnhof Zoo in approx. 38 minutes or to Dorfplatz Kladow in only approx. 10 minutes or to the long-distance train station in Spandau in approx. 20 minutes.
