The construction window is located in the upper part near the road. Below the building window is a strip of greenery that currently separates the building site from the lower garden section. In the green strip itself, there is a large, healthy oak tree with two trunks (assessed by experts in 2024), which is undoubtedly a highlight of the property as a source of shade, natural air conditioning and perhaps a shelter for the future tree house.

The garden is protected from view by a neighbor's hedge without appearing cramped. If the green strip around the oak tree is removed, the property offers a beautiful view with distant alpine views in good weather.

The property is conveniently located on the western outskirts of Gurtweil, right on the edge of the forest below the Hungerberg. The Gurtweil primary and secondary school is a good 5-minute walk away.

The street Im Emmelacker is a dead end. There is a turning area directly in front of the property. The plot itself is the penultimate building plot in the street. The last plot has not yet been built on either.
