The large house is situated in a quiet and central location on the outskirts of Hanerau-Hademarschen. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and all the facilities for daily needs, schools and doctors are also within walking distance.

There are 3 areas, the two south-facing living areas (each 90m² ground floor + first floor), the living hall in the middle area (45m²) and the north-facing utility areas facing the garden (175m² ground floor + first floor). The 2 living areas can be used together or separately as independent apartments.

Hanerau-Hademarschen is a quiet community in Schleswig-Holstein with a population of around 3000, centrally located between the district towns of Heide (25 min.), Itzehoe (25 min.) and Rendsburg (35 min.). It has good transport connections, with links to the A23 to Hamburg and the A7 to Flensburg, Kiel and Hamburg.

Hanerau-Hademarsch­en is situated in a charming, hilly landscape and is only a few kilometers from the Kiel Canal. You can reach the North Sea, for example Büsum, in 35 minutes by car or St. Peter Ording in approx. 50 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea, for example Kiel or Eckernförde, can also be reached in approx. 60 minutes by car.
