With an area of 420 m² (35 meters long and 12 meters wide) and a maximum height of 6 m, you have enormous scope for design. The floor is paved throughout, making it suitable for heavy loads, trucks and forklifts.
The gate has a size of 5 by 5 meters.
In addition to a toilet, there is a water connection, a power connection and a compressor for compressed air.
The monthly rent is € 1,470.00 net rent cold, € 3.50/m².
A deposit of 2 months' rent is required. The costs for electricity are to be borne by the tenant.
