We are selling our condominium in the popular Gartenstadt im Zay, Rastatt. The beautiful building with 6 residential units from 1937 was given a fresh coat of paint a year ago and now shines like a piece of jewelry. Architecturally, the apartment building is in the style of a city villa. The staircase was also completely renovated so that the solid stone staircase now provides a beautiful contrast to the light-colored walls.
