The property was built in 1959 as a solid construction and later extended in 1970.
The official living space is just over 125 square meters on the ground and upper floors and has a total of 5 rooms.
The attic has been converted, but does not count as living space but as usable space and offers two additional rooms of 35 sqm and a storage room.
There is a full basement with a total of four rooms (laundry room, boiler room, pantry and approx. 25 sqm hobby room).
The first floor is open-plan and extends over a spacious dining and living area with an open kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a spacious hallway on the first floor.

Various modernization and renovation works were carried out in 2022/2023.

backwash filter with automatic backwash filter for cold water; and new
high-efficiency circulation pump with timer for hot water from VORTEX
- new radiators including valves, new high-efficiency circulation pump from
Grundfos, and mostly renewed heating pipes
- the basement was fitted with new radiators and is now heated
- the entrance area and hallway were remodeled and extended, the kitchen was
was opened up
- A new entrance door with five-point locking was installed
- new windows (triple-glazed) including electric blinds were installed throughout the house

- all room doors and frames were renewed
- a new custom-made wooden staircase connects the ground floor and upper floor
with each other
- the bathrooms were remodeled and fitted with highly finished tiles and sanitary facilities

- Renovation work was carried out on the terrace and balcony
So far, the focus has been on the interior fittings, so the exterior view of the house currently still requires your imagination.
