The ceiling height is a generous 2.60 m on the first floor and 2.50 m on the upper floor, which also corresponds to today's standards. The substance of the house can generally be described as very solid and in no way stands in the way of a comprehensive renovation.
Some of the wooden floorboards are still intact and could be refurbished at a reasonable cost. In some rooms, the floor coverings have already been removed down to the screed. The windows are high-quality aluminum windows with insulating glazing from the 1980s.
