Former staff and accommodation building with storage, office, accommodation and sanitary facilities.

The three-storey building was built around 1974 and partially renovated in 1999.
It is accessed via two covered entrances and corresponding staircases with a central corridor on each floor. Reinforced concrete ceilings, plaster façade, plastic thermal windows, thermo-glazed front doors installed after 1990, wooden interior doors and partly metal fire doors.

Tiled sanitary rooms as communal facilities, partly modernized after 1990, sanitary fittings were partly removed and supply lines interrupted. Electrical systems were partially modernized in 1990, panel radiators were partially removed, a functional heating system is currently not available. Water supply formerly also via electric boiler.
Flat saddle roof made of concrete elements, covered with bitumen roofing sheets, rain gutters and downpipes available. The street frontage is approx. 20 m.

The Reuterstadt Stavenhagen is a small town in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, which is characterized by its variety of commercial and industrial settlements.
