Former staff and accommodation building with storage, office, accommodation and sanitary facilities. The three-storey building was built around 1974 and partially renovated in 1999. It is accessed via two covered entrances and corresponding staircases with a central corridor on each floor. Reinforced concrete ceilings, plaster façade, plastic thermal windows, thermo-glazed front doors installed after 1990, wooden interior doors and partly metal fire doors. Some doors were removed, concrete stairs with metal railings, concrete floors with plastic covering/carpet/tile/terrazzo tiles. Tiled sanitary rooms as communal facilities, some of which were modernized after 1990, most of the sanitary fittings were removed and supply lines were interrupted. Electrical systems were partially modernized in 1990, panel radiators were partially removed, a functional heating system is currently not available. Water supply formerly also via electric boiler. Flat saddle roof made of concrete elements, covered with bitumen roofing membranes, rain gutters and downpipes available. The street frontage is approx. 20 m. The functionality of the house installations is not known and could not be checked. Overall condition in need of repair and modernization.

The Reuterstadt Stavenhagen is a small town in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, which is characterized by its variety of commercial and industrial settlements.
