Our 97 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, where you can enjoy light-flooded rooms, excellent views of the greenery and privacy thanks to the high location.

The apartment has an excellent layout with three bedrooms, all of which are suitable as parents', children's or study rooms. The living/dining room with balcony is spacious and bright.

A highlight of the apartment is the beautiful, gleaming white fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances, induction hob, oven at a practical shoulder height, fridge-freezer and high-quality, quiet-closing drawers. A high-quality water filter is built in - no need to lug around water bottles!

The white-tiled bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC, but no bathtub. There is also a modern, white-tiled guest WC in the entrance area.

The floors are laid with high-quality laminate and tiles in the bathroom. The windows are double or triple glazed.

Buses and express buses such as the 785, M1, M3, 730, 835 and 789 run from Reisholz in various directions such as Heinrich-Heine-Allee, Wersten, Bilk, Eller, Holthausen, Benrath, even Grafenberg, Langenfeld and Monheim am Rhein without having to change buses.

There are various leisure facilities nearby that are easily accessible on foot or by bike, such as Benrath Castle, Eller Castle Park, Superfly, the Benrath ice rink and the popular Niederheid leisure park with cable car, horse stables and barbecue areas.

The banks of the Rhine in Benrath are just a 5-minute drive away. There you can take a leisurely stroll at sunset or watch the Rhine boats sail quietly past.
