Location
Location: The house is located in the southern part of Landsberg, very sunny, high above the Lech. The old town of Landsberg can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by city bus (bus stop 300m). Landsberg has an excellent infrastructure with all schools, kindergartens, sports clubs, clinic & doctors, shopping and supply possibilities. There are also several small craftsmen and retailers in the old town. Landsberg has a very lively cultural life with concerts, restaurants, bars and exhibitions. The cities of Munich (40 min via A96) and Augsburg (25 min via B17) can also be reached quickly by car or train. The nearby leisure and excursion possibilities (Lech, Ammersee, Starnberger See, Allgäu etc.) leave (almost) nothing to be desired in summer and winter. For more distant destinations, Memmingen Airport is within easy reach.
