Local bistro Universal restaurant on the Kyll is looking for a new tenant

Unfortunately, for professional reasons, it is no longer possible for us to continue to run our "people's meeting place" in the middle of the village of Mürlenbach.
Therefore, we are looking for people who love to be active in the gastronomy and to give guests a good time.
What can potential new tenants look forward to?

The charming bistro/café is part of the Mürlenbach community center and is located directly on the picturesque Kylltal cycle path. Outside, it also offers a large, inviting beer garden that invites cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists and of course the village population to linger in comfort.

The­ dining room has a cozy atmosphere. With a wide variety of furniture, it offers space for approx. 20 people. The bar is also available for additional guests. Whether weddings, birthday parties or club evenings - the restaurant is perfect for private parties and festive occasions.

Event rooms of the Bürgerhaus:
Larger festivities and family celebrations can be easily hosted thanks to additional rooms in the Bürgerhaus - an ideal addition for events of all kinds.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, which is as good as new, makes it possible to offer small meals and snacks. Equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, it is ready for immediate use. A high-quality fully automatic coffee machine can be taken over on request.
