The granny apartment in the basement of the house consists of a separate entrance door, hallway, daylight bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/dining room and living room, storage room with soundproof connecting doors to the main apartment, as well as an east-facing ingrown terrace. With the exception of the bedroom, all rooms are fitted with light-colored tiles. The bathroom is tiled wall-high with white tiles and fitted with Villeroy bathroom furniture. The bedroom is carpeted. The granny apartment is heated with underfloor heating except for the bedroom. The bedroom and the bathroom are additionally heated with radiators.
