The well-kept residential complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Darmstadt in a car-free zone. Cars must be parked in the communal garage. There are large trees between the apartment buildings throughout the complex, which provide pleasant shade in summer. The streetcar can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
