Heinrich-Längerer-Straße 15, 71229 Leonberg – Baden-WürttembergWe moved in as owners in summer 2019. Originally, we wanted to stay here long-term. The apartment is therefore furnished to a very high standard. (See below under "Furnishings".
It is a 4-room apartment with a large living/dining room and open kitchen, from the living room it goes directly to the 30sqm terrace with south-west orientation. A small garden adjoins the terrace. The terrace can be completely shaded thanks to an electric 6 meter awning with vertical valance and an additional side awning.
The apartment also has a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe that was custom-made by our carpenter. In the hallway there is also a storage and household cupboard and a wardrobe for jackets and shoes made by the same carpenter.
Further rooms: study and guest room (or second children's room) and a further children's room.

The staircase or elevator leads directly to the basement. Here you will find the laundry room, the 10 sqm basement room with natural light and access to the underground garage. Two parking spaces are available on request.
There is also a further private parking space outside directly next to the building. If desired, this can be rented for guests and/or visitors, for example.
The apartment is suitable for a family of (up to) four as well as for a couple with plenty of space.
The community of owners is very relaxed and quiet. The apartment covers the entire first floor of the building. Two other owners live in the same building. There are 4 other owners and another tenant in the neighboring building.
We have always felt comfortable here and are only moving away for family reasons.
It needs to be painted once. Then you can move straight in.
Unfortunately, dogs are excluded by the owners' association.

Location
The apartment is located in the Haldenviertel in Leonberg. The old town is about 300m away. Here you will find an excellent butcher, an organic market, a kiosk, a bakery and numerous doctors etc.. Schools and daycare centers are also within walking distance.
Leongerg is extremely well connected to Stuttgart by bus and S-Bahn. Stuttgart city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.
The Haldenviertel is a relaxed residential area with detached houses and apartment buildings.
