We moved in as owners in summer 2019. Originally, we wanted to stay here long-term. The apartment is therefore furnished to a very high standard. (See below under "Furnishings".

It is a 4-room apartment with a large living/dining room and open kitchen, from the living room it goes directly to the 30sqm terrace with south-west orientation. A small garden adjoins the terrace. The terrace can be completely shaded thanks to an electric 6 meter awning with vertical valance and an additional side awning.
