The apartment is fitted with a high-quality Venyl floor. The doors are new. The daylight bathroom is newly tiled with large tiles and equipped with a modern deep floor shower with glass partition. There are pipes in the bathroom for the washing machine and dryer. Shelves, hanging fixtures and an illuminated mirror are already installed. The two WCs also each have windows and the necessary washbasins, hanging fixtures, mirrors and lighting.

Location
The 2-family house is located between two alleys and about 150 m from the historic town center with its 16th century town hall, fountain, restaurants, bakery, butcher's shop and an ice cream parlor. Every year on the last weekend in September, the famous medieval market takes place in the old town of Großbottwar. Another special feature is the town hall clock from 1776. When the hour strikes, the Großbottwar heraldic animal, the stork, nods as if to confirm the time.
You have a view of the stork's nest on the roof of the town hall from a couple of windows in your apartment.
Stores for daily needs are within a radius of one kilometer: Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Penny, Netto and a beverage store.
Rural yet well connected, Großbottwar is located 5 minutes from the A81 highway and pretty much in the middle between Stuttgart and Heilbronn.
