There are also numerous shopping facilities and pharmacies in Laichingen, making long journeys to neighboring towns unnecessary. Laichingen is a town with many new construction projects. The Rewe supermarket is scheduled for completion as early as 2025.
There are also several petrol stations, a gym, a DIY store and many other shopping opportunities in the town, as well as the best ice cream parlor in the entire area

Reason for sale
We are now 4 people and my husband needs a separate office for home office activities. Unfortunately, the apartment is now too small for us.
If you love peace and quiet, you're in luck with this apartment. The apartments are so well insulated that not even our direct neighbor can hear our children.
We do not want any estate agents to write to us and please only serious interest, as we value the time we have with our children.
A move-in date is possible in January/February at the earliest, as we are in the middle of buying a house ourselves.
