The public transportation bus and streetcar are within walking distance (1 min).
The ACC (2 min walk) offers a wide range of shopping facilities. Schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, doctors etc. can be reached in a few minutes.
Despite its proximity to the main roads, the apartment is very quiet. This is due to the construction, the window glazing and the location on the 3rd floor.
