The land price calculation was based on the current standard land values.

The plots should be sold in one go if possible. A sale in parts of parcel 71 with an area of 83,188 m2 is feasible,
provided that the buyers reach an understanding/agreement among themselves and the sale is notarized at a joint notary appointment.
The costs of the subdivision survey are then to be borne proportionately by the purchasers.
