The guest room on the first floor is perfect for working from home. After work, it's not far to the relaxing infrared sauna, which warms tired and tense bones.

The house is located in Lengenfeld (municipality of Oberostendorf) in a small residential area with no through traffic. The community daycare center is located in Gutenberg, the elementary school in the neighboring community of Westendorf, and secondary schools can be found in nearby Buchloe. In Oberostendorf there is a general practitioner's practice as well as a dental practice and a physiotherapy center. In Fuchstal, 5 km away, there are plenty of shopping facilities (supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacies and hardware store).
The bus to Buchloe and Kaufbeuren offers a connection to local public transport.
The A96 and the Buchloe train station with long-distance connections can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car.
