The apartment is characterized by an upscale interior and has a floor space of 79m² on the top floor. Due to the dormers, the sloping roof is hardly noticeable, so that the living space is approx. 74m².
The 3.5 rooms are divided into a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, additional WC and an anteroom between WC + bedroom, which is currently used as a walk-in closet.
The chic kitchen and separate WC were modernized and renovated in 2013.
New laminate flooring was laid in both bedrooms in 2015. Split air conditioning units were installed in these two rooms in 2021.
The living and dining room received laminate flooring, roughcast, wooden ceiling and a new skylight in 2018. The high-quality ceiling fan ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
