We would like to make the room available to you for your entire period of study. The rental period is therefore unlimited with a minimum rental period of 21 months.
The rent is a fixed all-inclusive rent, which includes heating, electricity and GEZ contribution in addition to the normal ancillary costs. The only thing you currently have to provide yourself is an internet connection. The fiber optic connection has already been laid and can soon go live. For hygiene reasons, you will need to bring your own mattress and bed linen.
Non-smokers are preferred, unfortunately dogs and cats are not welcome, other animals please contact us before moving in.
