The house with its curtain glass façade, the post-and-beam construction made of Canadian Oregon Pine LVL and anodized aluminium deck profile in stainless steel look follows the colour concept of Friedrich Ernst von Garnier.
The selected quality is associated everywhere with the manufacturers known for it. An air heat pump with heat recovery including a ventilation system from Stiebel Eltron defines the feel-good temperature individually in each room inside the building, made possible by the KNX control system. This enables the free programming of electrical functions, such as the opening of all shutters from the bedroom or any other room at the simple touch of a glass switch from the manufacturer Gira.
Three levels characterize the house. The first floor has a spacious entrance area where even 8 people won't step on each other's toes, a guest WC, a pantry and the kitchen with adjoining spacious dining and living area, which leads to the beautiful ingrown terrace, the conservatory and another oasis of relaxation - a terrace with pergola and a fully automatic koi pond as well as the low-maintenance garden.
