Our spacious and individual semi-detached house was built in 2005 in a green area of Pinneberg, in the suburbs of Hamburg. Situated in a quiet, small play street that ends in a cul-de-sac, "big and small" feel at home. Life on the edge of a field is very idyllic. The attractive architecture of our house is underlined by the combination of the light-colored façade with wooden cladding on the dormers and the contrast of the red roof tiles. The approx. 144 m2 of living space is spread over three floors and offers individual options for use, such as a combination of living and working. The converted top floor could be used as an office. Alternatively, the "little ones" would certainly enjoy a large playroom.
The well thought-out floor plan with the sensible room layout between living and dining in the spacious living room with open-plan kitchen on the first floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor gives every member of the family the space they need. The light-flooded rooms and timeless furnishings give our semi-detached house a very special charm and characterize its unique living concept.
Our house has the following layout:
First floor: approx. 61.5 m2; entrance area, utility room, guest WC, living room with open-plan kitchen.
Second floor: approx. 58.5 m2; full bathroom, hallway, 3 bedrooms.
Top floor: approx. 24.3 m2; bedroom.
Via the quiet residential street, off Datumer Chaussee, you reach our 323 m2 plot, which is located at the rear. Along the paved paths, past ornamental plants, shrubs and a pond, you will find your way into the lovingly landscaped garden with its spacious south-west-facing terrace. While you linger on the terrace with friends, the children can let their playfulness run free in the garden. There are two parking spaces in front of the driveway to the house and a garden shed next to the entrance offers plenty of storage space.
The heating and central hot water supply of our semi-detached house is provided by a WOLF gas central heating system. We recently had the maintenance carried out here. There is also the option of using the fireplace in the living room to create a particularly cozy atmosphere on the first floor in addition to the warmth. There is also a positive test certificate for the fireplace. Double-glazed windows, two awnings and an alarm system round off the offer and underline the well thought-out concept of our house. The walls are all painted white.

The highlight, however, is the light-flooded living room of around 40 m2 and the open-plan kitchen with a bar. This is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. The floor on the first floor is tiled and the living room has underfloor heating. The fireplace provides warmth and coziness, especially in winter. From the living room, you can access the garden via the southwest-facing terrace. The modern patio cover with electrically controlled sun protection and retractable "walls" is ideal for hot days.
The open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. High-quality laminate flooring has been laid here and there are three bedrooms, one of which has a great view of the field. There is also a spacious bathroom with a large window on the upper floor. The full bathroom is characterized by large wall and floor tiles, high-quality bathroom furniture, a corner bathtub and a walk-in shower with glass walls. Heating is provided by a floor return heating system. In addition, the suspended ceiling with recessed spotlights creates a great atmosphere.
From the upper floor, the wooden staircase leads up to the attic, which has been converted into living space and is fitted with carpeting and a radiator. The panelled storage compartments are closed with magnets and offer additional storage space.

Eggerstedt elementary school is just a few minutes away, as are secondary schools such as Johann-Comenius-Gymnasium and Pinnau Gemeinschaftsschule.
