The apartment is suitable for a weekend homebody (Renting is also possible with changing work or shift schedules).
Non-smoker, single person, no pets
The use of a washing machine is not possible.
The monthly service charge prepayment includes the costs for heating and electricity. The tenant receives an annual utility bill. If the service charge statement shows an overpayment, this will be refunded; if there is an additional charge, this must be paid by the tenant.
The tenant concludes his own contracts for telephone, internet and television.

You enter the apartment through a vestibule and enter the living room.
A hallway adjoins the living room, from which you can reach the kitchen, the interior bathroom and the bedroom.
The apartment is fully furnished (see photos).

The apartment in Weiterstadt OT Gräfenhausen is located in the center of the Rhine-Main area approx. 5 km north of Darmstadt. The freeway connections A6, A67, A661 can be reached quickly.
Direct bus connection to Darmstadt and Frankfurt/Main airport.
