The hallway leads to the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The bathroom has a WC and washbasin, a walk-in shower with sliding glass door, a window and a large mirror.
The living room includes cupboards, pedestals, table with chairs, beanbag, ceiling lamps (high-quality track system/LED), floor lamp, TV, WiFi.
The fitted kitchen is as good as new and includes a Biofresh fridge, plenty of cupboards, generous work surfaces and an oven/stove combination with ceramic hob.
Extensive kitchen utensils are available such as:
Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, toaster, Nespresso machine with milk frother, food processors, vacuum cleaner/mopping utensils, ironing board & iron.
The windows can also be closed with electric shutters.
Location
Very quiet prime location near Steuerdieb directly at the Eilenriede city forest at the end of a cul-de-sac.
You can reach many destinations in Hanover without a car thanks to the extensive Eilenriede with its well-developed cycle paths. For example, the MHH can be reached in less than 10 minutes without having to pass a single traffic light. :-)
Not only interesting for frequent travelers and commuters:
Despite the quiet forest location, the main train station is only 10 minutes away by car. The Messeschnellweg is also less than 5 minutes away and is directly connected to the A2 and A7.
Sufficient parking spaces are always available.
This combination of quiet living in the countryside (1 minute walk to the Eilenriede city forest), central city location and highway access in all four directions make this location exceptional.

We are a very small house community with 2 parties (4 people; 12 to 56 years old, as well as a dog) and would be pleased if you could briefly describe yourself in advance in a short cover letter.
The additional costs have been estimated at 150 EUR/month and also include Internet use via WLAN and satellite TV. There is an annual billing according to consumption. Electricity consumption is billed separately.
