Kürnbergstraße 42, 81369 München – BayernThe light-flooded apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Mittersendling in a side street in an absolutely quiet location. The building was constructed in 1965, has a total of only 19 units and has been continuously maintained. Last year, the underground parking garage was renovated by means of a special levy, and the renovation of the inner courtyard and the access route from the street to the entrance of the building have been completed. For this purpose, a new garbage bin and covered bicycle parking area were built in the inner courtyard and new floor slabs were laid for the entrance area, including the access route from the street to the entrance. The apartment on the 3rd floor can be reached via the staircase. There is no elevator, which also saves high maintenance and repair costs.
The apartment has been extensively renovated. New electrics have been installed (switches, sockets, flush-mounted cables) and new fuses (RCDs) have been fitted along with fuse and Wi-Fi connection boxes. Each room also has its own LAN connection. The flooring (tiles) in the hallway and kitchen was renewed, while the strip parquet flooring in the other rooms was sanded down and refitted. In addition, all doors and door frames were renewed and the inside of the entrance door was sanded and repainted. Furthermore, the entire apartment (ceilings and walls) was whitewashed. The bathroom, the bathroom fittings, the bathroom floor and the wall tiles were renewed in 2015 and a heated towel rail was also installed, so there was no further renovation here.
The hot water is supplied by a boiler.
