A family with at least one child has the opportunity to obtain favorable public loans with fixed interest rates for up to 20 years or until full repayment as well as a repayment subsidy of up to 10 % via the ISB Rheinland-Pfalz. The interest rates are from 3.06 %.
The subsidy depends on the size of the household and the family income.
