Event and social building (former officers' and staff quarters). Year of construction approx. 1975, partial renovation approx. 1996.
The building contains an event hall for 500 people and a stage with lighting and sound equipment.
There are also two restaurants and two kitchens, the kitchen equipment has been extended.
There are also guest rooms, storage, office, accommodation and sanitary facilities.
The building is a two-storey concrete skeleton construction and is accessed via two staircases with concrete stairs and metal railings as well as a 600 kp freight elevator. Partial basement, covered entrance, plastic thermal windows, thermo-glazed front doors, concrete floors with plastic covering/carpet/tile/parquet, wooden interior doors and partial metal fire doors.
There is currently no functional heating system. Tiled sanitary rooms as communal facilities.
Most of the electrical installations were modernized after 1990. Flat roof made of concrete elements and has internal drainage. Footpaths and driveways are concreted. The street frontage on Lützowstraße is approx. 87 m.

The Reuterstadt Stavenhagen is a small town in the district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, which is characterized by its variety of commercial and industrial settlements.
