The sofa has a sleeping function and is equipped with a container for storing bed linen. Opening and closing this element and folding out the piece of furniture is very easy. The surface of this model is filled with T30 foam and equipped with Bonell springs, which makes the sofa bed a very comfortable piece of furniture and a fully-fledged bed for 2 people.

A 75-inch Philips Ambilight TV incl. Netflix makes for a great movie night. Internet is also included:-)

Dining area:
The wooden dining table is furnished with 6 beautiful dark blue upholstered chairs. Filled with high-density sponge, which is characterized by excellent softness, the chairs offer a comfortable seating experience for a cozy evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a great dinner.

Bedrooms/Beds:
The­ bedrooms are furnished in a modern style. No expense has been spared when it comes to sleeping comfort in the Premium apartment. A 25cm high Emma Premium Hybrid mattress, down comforter and pillows wrapped in Christian Lacroix bed linen ensure a wonderful night's sleep.

Washing machine and dryer:
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

The Wasserstraße subway station (line U35) is just a few minutes' walk away and takes you quickly to the city center or to local attractions such as the Starlight Express. There are also various buses right outside the front door to the main station or other districts such as Steinkuhl, Stiepel, Weitmar, Wiemelhausen etc.

Shopping facilities are also easily accessible, bakery and supermarket only 250 meters away.
