Why do we sell?

When I took over the property, it was perfect for me. The location is great. The workshop is large enough and is equipped with everything that is important. There is also a lot of storage space and large cellar rooms. I was able to work and live here in equal measure, even though I only decided to live here later.

The house is also ideal - it's just the right size and the 1930s architectural style is both simple and timelessly beautiful. Even though the insulation values do not correspond to current possibilities, it was clear to me that this could easily be achieved with ceiling insulation and internal wall insulation. Even with inexpensive and alternative, ecologically sensible materials, so that the house can breathe. The warmth that the house gets from the existing stoves can't be compared to anything else. I would love to simply move the house to another property, but as that is not possible, I am now selling - with a smile and a tear in my eye - because I simply need more space.

This workshop with adjoining house is ideal for pragmatists, all those who like to have everything in one place.
