The house planned as an architect's house was built solid in 2001 with garage 2 carports. (Space for motorhome) A total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, as well as a gallery which was used as a home office workplace.
The first floor is open plan with a room height of 2.52 meters (standard 2.42), a large storage room and guest toilet.
