From private: Westhafen - Frankfurt's most beautiful residential area

My beloved apartment is quiet, bright, cozy and has a particularly beautiful bedroom with a large (180x210m) box spring bed and a view of the harbor basin. In addition to a large bathroom, it also has a guest WC. A dryer is available for you in the storage room. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and there is also a clothes horse in the office, as well as a place to hang up your bike.

There is an inviting couch and a small gas barbecue on the balcony, which I also like to use in winter.

I will be traveling and would like to sublet my apartment during this time to a friendly person who can enjoy the benefits of my fully equipped apartment and treat it well in return :)

My cozy apartment is located directly on Frankfurt's beautiful Westhafen. There is a bus stop right outside the door, but I usually walk to the main train station (12 min). On the opposite side of the street is a REWE (2min). L Osteria (3min) offers good pizza & pasta, CRON (2min) high-quality Italian cuisine, Chamäleon (2min) pan-Asian cuisine and if you like meat, you'll love Abacco's steakhouse (8min). A good kebab (4min) can be found right next to one of the hippest cafés in the city, MOMI (4min). If you like to eat Korean, African or Persian food, you can also reach the corresponding restaurants in less than 8 minutes on foot. Several hairdressers can be reached in less than 5 minutes. So you don't need a car for everyday needs, but if you do have one, you can park it in the underground garage, the parking space in the double parking lot is included :)

You can easily reach the city center and the beautiful Frankfurt district of Sachsenhausen on foot or by bike. There are always several e-scooters for hire right outside the door.

If you like doing sports, there are several gyms and a Crossfit box nearby. And right on the doorstep you have one of the most beautiful running routes in Germany - right on the Main with a view of the skyline. The route is floodlit and therefore also recommended in winter. The long route is 10 km, but you can of course also run shorter laps - we have numerous bridges to "shorten" the route :)
