Further to the left you will find the new built-in single kitchen with all the accessories you will need, including a kettle, French press and induction hob, which can be stowed away on the shelf to save space. From there you enter the bedroom-living room, which offers a spacious closet in the front part in the niche to save space as well as a new French bed (140x200cm) with a new spring mattress and plenty of storage space thanks to 4 drawers in the bed base. The sleeping area can be separated from the front part by a room divider curtain. In the living area you will find a cozy reading chair and a bookshelf, on the other side of the room you can use a fold-out table as a dining or work table as required. From there you can access the balcony, the apartment is located at the front of the complex. The all-inclusive rent includes all utilities and WiFi is also included. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings into the apartment. We also provide towels and bed linen. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a fee. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
