In the living area you will find a cozy reading chair and a bookshelf, on the other side of the room you can use a fold-out table as a dining or work table as required. From there you can access the balcony, the apartment is located at the front of the complex. The all-inclusive rent includes all utilities and WiFi is also included. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings into the apartment. We also provide towels and bed linen. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a fee. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
