The apartment was completely renovated between 2021 and 2023. It has three rooms, a separate WC and a fitted kitchen from 2022. The bathroom was renovated in 2023. The water and drainage pipes were replaced, a shower with shower cubicle was installed and modern and practical bathroom furniture and fittings were newly installed.
In addition, the entire ceiling of the apartment was insulated with 5 cm thick wood fiber boards and newly clad.
The floor was completely renewed with tiles and laminate. The stairwell, including the window replacement, was repainted in 2023.
The current monthly service charges amount to €120. Heating and hot water are supplied by a new Viessmann gas combi boiler from 2021. Thanks to the solid exterior walls (53 cm), the apartment stays warm in winter and cool in summer. During the renovation and conversion work, all materials were carefully tested and selected for their natural basis in order to avoid harmful substances.
