The house was modernized in 2019 with a new energy-efficient Buderus oil central heating system and in 2021 with new skylights, a new fitted kitchen and an additional pellet stove in the L-shaped living room. Individual rooms were partially refurbished and the entire middle floor was fitted with a uniform new vinyl floor.
