The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1930, which is owned by a small community of owners and has been left largely in its original Berlin old building condition to this day. The apartment is optimally laid out with a continuous hallway and 4 symmetrically arranged rooms, giving it a spacious feel. The bathroom and kitchen lead off to the right, while the two rooms to the left can be used as a living room and bedroom, but can also be used as a shared apartment. The kitchen is truly an eat-in kitchen.
