The apartment is optimally laid out with a continuous hallway and 4 symmetrically arranged rooms, giving it a spacious feel. The bathroom and kitchen lead off to the right, while the two rooms to the left can be used as a living room and bedroom, but can also be used as a shared apartment. The kitchen is truly an eat-in kitchen. On the one hand due to the exposed brick wall, which looks very rustic and cozy, and on the other hand due to the "former" loggia, which enlarges the room and offers space to sit. The two living rooms are of unequal size and convey a very cozy living ambience thanks to the finely smoothed and almost 100-year-old floorboards, just as you would expect from a typical old Berlin building. Location
The apartment is centrally located on Aroser Allee, just after the Reinickendorf town sign and just before the large housing estate "Die Weiße Stadt", which is now a listed building. Aroser Allee can be described as a thoroughfare and connects Wedding with the north of Berlin, providing very good connections to the highway at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, but also very quick access by bus or subway (U8 Franz Neumann Platz) to Mitte and on to Neukölln.
In the immediate vicinity is the Schäfersee with its newly created park, which can be reached almost without walking on asphalt through the building's own garden. On the other side of the park, at Franz-Neumann-Platz, life is bustling and there are all the stores for daily needs as well as the nearest subway station. On the other side, not far away, is the somewhat larger Schillerpark, on the back of which there is also a connection via Müllerstraße and access to all stores for daily needs. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the building.
