This 3 1/2 room apartment on the 11th floor of the Y-house is easy to maintain and can be occupied at short notice.
A spacious modern fitted kitchen is already available. This belongs to the previous tenant, but for a transfer fee of € 2,000, it could become yours immediately.
There is some other furniture in the apartment that could possibly be taken over, but of course does not have to be.
Renovation work is not necessary, you can move in immediately. The entire apartment has a white tiled floor and the bathroom is tiled floor-to-ceiling. The bathroom has space for your washing machine, a bathtub, a washbasin and also has a large window.
The toilet is located separately, outside the bathroom, in a small room next to the entrance hallway.
This hallway leads to the kitchen and the dining room, but also directly into the living room. From here, a door leads into the dining area and the bedrooms. In addition to the actual bedroom with dressing room, there is also a children's room and the bathroom.
From the living room you can access one of the two balconies, the second balcony is accessed via the bedroom.

Of course, the apartment also has a cellar compartment and there are plenty of free parking spaces for your car in the area around the house.

The property management and janitor service ensure that the building is always kept in a presentable condition.
