Electricity is billed according to consumption according to meter reading (meter is in the garage) with a discount of 10% compared to LSW.

Electricity price: LSW basic fee + LSW working price MINUS 10%! The amount of the discount depends on the expected electricity consumption.

Total rent: 120€ basic rent plus LSW basic price (7,5€/month) plus electricity working price (consumption*10% discount*LSW working price).

The electric garage door (2.45 m wide x 2.10 m high) with remote control offers additional convenience. The electric vehicle can be charged in front of or inside the garage.

The garage door will be replaced with a new roller door with a new operator and will be burglar-resistant with an emergency release and radio remote control.

Preference will be given to owners of electric vehicles or those with high power consumption.

Only long-term tenants are sought.
