The terraced house is located in a quiet and very family-friendly area of Erkrath (Kempen). The neighborhood is very friendly and predominantly characterized by families. The quiet location nevertheless offers excellent connections to the city center. Shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens and leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity.
The location of the property could not be better, especially for families, as the popular Regenbogenschule (where our daughter also goes to school) and the OGS (after-school childcare) are located directly behind the house. And in the same street, only about 100 meters away, is the newly built (2023) AWO kindergarten. There are also several beautiful children's playgrounds available for children/families. The beautiful Bruchhauser-Feuchtwiesen nature reserve is only a 5-minute walk away and invites you to take beautiful walks 365 days a year.
The property is only 2 minutes away from the Hilden highway junction, so you can be on the highway in no time and drive in all directions. Düsseldorf is approx. 10-15 minutes away by car, as is Wuppertal. Cologne and the Ruhr area can be reached in about 20-25 minutes.
